AL-Plastic composite pipe extrusion line

This production line is used to produce aluminum-plastic composite pipe, it adopts ultrasonic welding, co-extrusion forming the pipe. The aluminum-plastic composite pipe has features of high temperature resistance, easy in connection, low dilatability, anti high pressure, anti-UV, good anti-impact features in low temperature. It is widely used as pipeline of cold and hot running water, acid and alkali salts of various liquids, gas, oxygen, compressed air, etc.
This line is composed of PP-R inner pipe forming part, Aluminum layer forming part, glue coating part, and outer wall extrusion covering part. Firstly produce PP-R pipe as the inner layer and aluminum foil covers on its surface as the middle layer, and then extrude another layer of the PP-R on the aluminum as the outer layer. The aluminum foil is firmly sticked with the plastic layer by special thermo-glue.
